Aundrea’s approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive, with a deep
respect for each person’s story, identity, and lived experience. Grounded in holistic wellness,
she integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT),
Dialectical Behavioural (DBT), Prolonged Grief Therapy, and attachment-focused interventions,
alongside mindfulness and body-centred practices to support nervous system regulation and
emotional well-being.
