My Style & Approach

With 20 years of experience as an educator, I have an authentic way of connecting with
families, couples and children. As a Special Education Resource Teacher, I have supported
students with diverse learning needs and backgrounds while collaborating with families and
school teams to address challenges both at home and in the classroom.

As a mother, I understand firsthand the emotional complexity and transitions that come with
raising children. I am especially passionate about supporting women through pregnancy,
postpartum, and the evolving stages of motherhood. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental
space where individuals can reflect, process, and feel supported through both the joys and
challenges of parenting.

I also support individuals managing stress related to life transitions and the everyday pressures
of balancing multiple roles. My approach focuses on building practical coping strategies,
fostering resilience, and creating a greater sense of balance and well being. With both
professional expertise and lived experience, I offer a supportive space where growth, healing
and hope can take shape.

You can often find me on the basketball court, combining my love of the game with a
commitment to creating a space where women can connect, move, and support one another.
